We utilise an executive search approach for each mandate we work on regardless of the level of the assignment. Limiting the number of clients we work with allows us to take a proactive approach to sourcing candidates who have proven experience in the required field. We believe that top performers are generally recognised and rewarded by their existing employers. As a result they are rarely active job seekers who are utilising job boards or responding to advertised positions. Our proactive approach ensures that we are selecting the highest calibre candidates from the widest available pool for our clients.
We aim to work in partnership with clients and engage with both hiring managers and the HR teams in a client organization. Access to the hiring manager is essential in our understanding of the often unwritten aspects of what the client is looking for and has been a key part of us achieving an outstanding ratio of candidates presented to hires made.
